Austrian Quality School Network – AQSN
Austrian School Quality. Austrian Educational Spirit.
A privately owned Austrian-oriented school quality and franchise model for selected leading private schools worldwide.
The Network
An Austrian School Quality Network
The Austrian Quality School Network (AQSN) has been developed as an international Austrian-oriented school quality and franchise model for carefully selected private schools.
Rather than replacing existing schools, AQSN is designed to strengthen them by introducing a structured Austrian Quality School Track within their current educational environment.
The model combines Austrian educational character, Austrian School Model principles, leadership development, teacher support, learner-centred education, student personality growth, psychological well-being, and continual improvement into a practical framework suitable for international implementation.
AQSN also reflects Austrian school management know-how and Austrian-style education management practice. The model is designed to bring structure, responsibility, leadership discipline, quality thinking, teacher development, process control, and continual improvement into the daily management of selected private schools.

Why AQSN?
A framework built on Austrian educational values
Austrian Educational Character
Inspired by Austrian educational values including structure, responsibility, academic quality, learner development, and educational excellence.
Austrian School Model Identity
Provides selected schools with a distinctive Austrian School Model identity while respecting local legal, cultural, and educational frameworks.
Quality-Based Leadership
Supports school leaders through structured planning, school-quality management, evidence-based improvement, and leadership development.
Austrian Management Know-How
The AQSN model is inspired by Austrian management culture in the field of school and education management, with emphasis on structured leadership, clear responsibilities, documented processes, quality review, and continuous organisational development.
Teacher Development
Professional learning, coaching, implementation support, and continuous professional development. Where suitable, the AQSN framework may involve native Austrian teachers and Austrian education professionals to support teacher development, German-language exposure, cultural understanding, and the transfer of Austrian educational know-how.
Annual School Quality Review
Every partner school participates in an annual school-quality review that supports continual improvement and long-term educational excellence. Where agreed, the review may include Austria-based school-quality experts or Austrian education professionals to support an independent, structured review of implementation progress.
International Perspective
AQSN has been developed as an international school network with an initial strategic focus on the Arab region and future expansion into additional international education markets.
Why the Austrian School Model?
AQSN is built around the strength of the Austrian School Model. It is not designed as a copy of the British, American, French, or German school models.
Its value lies in an Austrian-oriented approach to school quality, leadership, teacher development, student personality growth, psychological well-being, structured school management, and continuous improvement.
The Austrian School Model promoted by AQSN combines quality, discipline, responsibility, human development, parent trust, and evidence-based improvement.
The Austrian School Model is designed to be internationally transferable without becoming disconnected from the country in which the school operates.
This is the Austrian School Model. This is the Difference.

AQSN and ASM
AQSN is the international partner network and franchise platform. ASM – Austrian School Model is the educational model implemented inside AQSN partner schools.
This means that partner schools join the AQSN network while implementing the ASM approach to Austrian-oriented school quality, leadership, teacher development, student personality growth, psychological well-being, structured management, and continuous improvement.
Local Curriculum. Austrian School Model.
ASM is designed to work within the legally approved curriculum of each partner country. It does not replace the locally licensed curriculum. Instead, it adds an Austrian-oriented educational layer focused on school quality, German language learning, teacher development, leadership, student personality growth, psychological well-being, structured management, and future pathways connected with Austria.
Across all partner countries, national licensing requirements, compulsory subjects, local language, culture, religion, values, and Ministry requirements remain fully respected. The exact ASM implementation package is adapted to the regulatory framework of each country.

Austrian Future Pathway
German Language and the Austrian Future Pathway
German language learning is a key pillar of the Austrian School Model. Through ASM, students should gradually build German-language competence, cultural understanding, confidence, communication skills, and awareness of Austria as a country of education, quality, industry, and future opportunities.
The long-term aim is not only to operate a school with an Austrian-oriented identity, but to prepare students for a wider Austrian Future Pathway. This may include future higher education orientation, summer learning programmes, cultural exposure, and possible practical experience in Austria where suitable, agreed, and legally possible.
Austria is also known as a strong industrial and innovation-oriented country, with important sectors such as mechanical engineering, automotive, chemicals, environmental technologies, electronics, and advanced manufacturing. ASM should help students understand that education is connected with real economic life, future responsibility, and professional readiness.
multilingual learning environment
A Trilingual Learning Model
ASM develops a progressive multilingual learning environment built around Arabic, German and English. Arabic supports local identity, cultural understanding and strong academic foundations. German creates the linguistic bridge to the Austrian School Model and the Austrian Future Pathway. English provides access to international academic, scientific and professional communication.
Students first build strong language competence and then progressively use German and English as languages of learning for selected subjects, modules, projects and activities, according to their age, language readiness, available qualified teachers and the regulatory requirements of the partner country.
Three Languages. One Educational Identity. A Global Future.
International Standards
Built on International Quality Principles
AQSN is based on the principles of ISO 9001 and ISO 21001.
These internationally recognised management principles support leadership, learner-centred education, educational quality, teacher competence, parent communication, evidence-based improvement, process management, and continuous development.
The educational quality framework draws on Austrian-oriented school management know-how, Vienna-based quality-management experience, school-quality review practice, teacher development, coaching, and ISO 9001 / ISO 21001 related educational quality principles.

Austrian Quality Support
Respecting Local Language, Culture, and Values
AQSN is designed as an international school quality model that respects the language, culture, values, and educational context of each partner country.
In each franchise or partner country, the model should be adapted to respect the national language, local cultural identity, and relevant social and religious values. In Arabic-speaking countries, this includes appropriate attention to the Arabic language, local cultural expectations, and religious and ethical aspects within the educational environment.
This approach allows AQSN to introduce Austrian-oriented school quality, leadership know-how, and Austrian School Model principles while maintaining respect for the identity, language, and values of the local community.
