Different from Other International School Models
AQSN is not designed as a copy of the British, American, French, or German school models.
ASM offers a different positioning: an Austrian-oriented school model focused on quality, structured leadership, teacher development, student personality growth, psychological well-being, parent trust, school-quality review, and continuous improvement.
This gives partner schools a distinctive educational identity and a clear quality-based difference in their local market.

What AQSN May Provide
Depending on the agreed implementation model, AQSN may provide access to Austrian-oriented school management know-how, teacher development support, native Austrian teachers or Austrian education professionals where suitable, Austria-based school-quality review support, implementation guidance, and structured improvement recommendations.
AQSN is the partner network and franchise platform. ASM is the educational model delivered through the AQSN partnership. This distinction should remain clear in all future website and partner communication.
A Long-Term Advantage for Parents and Students
Partner schools implementing ASM can offer families a long-term educational perspective. The model does not focus only on daily schooling, but also on preparing students for future academic and professional opportunities connected with Austria.
This includes German-language learning, Austrian cultural orientation, student personality development, leadership preparation, school-quality awareness, and future readiness for higher education, summer programmes, and practical learning experiences where suitable and legally possible.
Austria is also known as a strong industrial and innovation-oriented country, with important sectors such as mechanical engineering, automotive, chemicals, environmental technologies, electronics, and advanced manufacturing. ASM should help students understand that education is connected with real economic life, future responsibility, and professional readiness.
Regulatory Compatibility
Before implementation, each AQSN partnership is mapped against the education laws, licensing rules, compulsory subjects, curriculum requirements, language obligations, and Ministry approval processes of the partner country. The ASM implementation plan is then adapted accordingly.
This means that a partner school does not need to abandon its legally approved curriculum in order to implement ASM. Instead, ASM strengthens the school through Austrian-oriented quality, management, teacher development, German language learning, student personality growth, psychological well-being, and future-oriented educational pathways within the space permitted by local regulation.
Flexible Language-of-Instruction Model
The exact language mix is designed together with the partner school and adapted to national regulations, the locally licensed curriculum, student age, language readiness and the availability of appropriately qualified teaching staff.
ASM promotes a progressive Arabic–German–English learning model rather than a fixed one-size-fits-all language allocation. This allows the Austrian identity of ASM to remain strong while respecting the academic and legal reality of each partner country.
