Quality, Training & Review

Supporting Educational Excellence

AQSN partner schools may receive quality guidance, leadership development, teacher training, coaching, annual school-quality review, and continuous improvement support based on Austrian-oriented school management know-how, Vienna-based quality-management experience, and ISO 9001 / ISO 21001 related educational quality principles. AQSN provides the partner network and franchise structure; ASM provides the educational model, quality approach, and implementation identity.

The quality, training, and review approach of AQSN supports the practical implementation of ASM – the Austrian School Model – inside AQSN partner schools. It connects teacher development, school leadership, student personality growth, psychological well-being, structured management, school-quality review, and continuous improvement.

The quality, training, and review approach also supports the long-term Austrian Future Pathway, including German language, student readiness, parent trust, higher education orientation, and possible summer or practical learning opportunities in Austria where suitable and legally possible.

This alignment should be reviewed whenever the school introduces a new programme, subject, language component, or significant curriculum change

11 Multilingual Teaching & CLIL Development

AQSN may support partner schools in developing teacher competence for multilingual classrooms, including the progressive use of German and English as languages of learning for selected modules or subjects where appropriate. Training should address subject-language integration, student readiness, classroom methodology and quality assurance.

AQSN may support partner schools in developing German-language learning structures, Austria-related cultural orientation, future study awareness, and student development activities connected with the Austrian Future Pathway.
